I've been on the Daniel Fast since January 9th. I understand when I return to a much more reasonable diet that there will be some weight gain but I'm hoping during this time I'll learn things about myself so I can continue on this journey to a healthier body and lifestyle.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
