Roasted a chicken last night. Served with broccoli and toasted pine nuts, roasted potatoes, and a fruit salad. Twas good.
Couldn't get my dog to walk today. I don't know if he's lazy or bored with the walk. We get about halfway, then he makes me drag him, until I say "ready to go home?" And he whirls around to head back!
