Think that's a WHOOSH. I haven't been lifting since Friday last week so losing some water retention there, cut back calories to compensate, and cut back my salt intake a fair bit. I suspect this will go back up a bit by the weekend due to these factors, but headed in the right direction.
217.3 lb Lost so far: 77.7 lb.    Still to go: 47.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
