NOT HAPPY WITH JUST 1 LB
I was shocked with the 1 lb loss...need to re-evaluate my diet. I've been drinking at least 64 oz of water every day.
To look at this in a positive light...a loss is a loss is a loss.
Too bad this weight isn't as easy and fun to take off as it was to put on! LOL

A pound is a great loss. It's not easy for your body to release a pound of fat. Think of a pound of fat as 4 sticks of butter. That is equal to a pound of fat. That is quite a lot. All those 1p pounds add up to a big number eventually. Just keep going, you will get there.

Don't worry girlie, remember 1 + 1 + 1, all those 1's will eventually add up, rather lose little by little but not gain it back :) 1 lbs is equal to 3,500 calories!!! you've burned 3,500 calories, and that's great!!!

1 lbs loss is perfect! Don't starve yourself or overexercise without proper nutrition. If you gonna lose too much too quickly you'll be putting your body under stress. Then the moment you slow down with your dieting/exercising regime your body will immediately compensate and store the energy in fat just to be safe for the future and you get the yoyo effect. Be happy with a moderate but steady loss of weight. You're doing very well. Keep it up!

I feel your pain girlie.. -.4 for me.. sucks! It is what it is and we need to push forward. You are doing great. Focus on how you are feeling after exercising and eating well instead of that DAMN scale. :) You got this...
