Back to going to Tae Kwon Do, picking up rotisserie chicken instead of fried and making my own cheap light dinners one the weekends. It really helps!
141.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1505 kcal Fat: 41.82g | Prot: 80.87g | Carb: 210.06g.   Breakfast: morning star breakfast, GOLEAN Crunch!, Dried Cranberries, Nonfat Plain Yogurt. Lunch: Red Delicious Apples, Oranges, Baby Carrots, santa fe rice. Dinner: Wild Mushroom Quinoa “Risotto”, brown rice, shrimp. Snacks/Other: peanuts, Natural New York Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, peppermint tea, Hard-Boiled Egg. more...
