🙋Friday Weigh In & Weekly Updates for Feb 12 - Feb 18:
Weigh-in: I did okay for a couple days but not yet in NO cookies/chocolate/junk buying mindset! I can't eat a small portion, so must be firm with zero trigger foods. Happy I moved more this week!
Exercise (30+ mins cardio): 4/7 days YTD: 28.6% (14/49days) Have to admit, it's not hard to do 30+ mins of cardio, allowing myself to break it up into 2 sessions, if needed. Not yet in routine mindset.
No Junk Food: 3/7 days YTD: 55.1% (27/49days) Still self-sabatoging with cookies & chocolate *sigh*
<Year Goal: 80% on both cardio & no junk food> should I revise this?
