It’s absolutely crazy how quickly 5lbs will hop onto my body. I’m fairly sure most of this is water weight. It was our anniversary recently and we stayed in a local hotel (staycation) and ate out for 3 meals plus snacks and wine and desserts.
I didn’t track anything so we will see what happens next week!
