it's okay. I'm pmsing and only up 1 pound. That's good.
165.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah, I know. And, I had quite a bit of water yesterday (more than I recorded). Thanks for the encouragement.
