Well the carb fest on Monday didn't show a huge gain. But sure stalled me.

Also even though I am moving more it is so bitterly cold -30 this am. I have to force myself.

What I do know is I am sticking with it. I feel better, not so tired, clearer thinking.

Today was realky tough to stay on plan it was a lot of traveling etc. Not one off plan food went into my mouth which was tough since everyone offered all kinds of sweets, or cups of hot chocolate etc...
220.6 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
