So much has happened, pandemic, grief, surgery. My legs are huge and still very sore after my bilateral knee replacement. I need to reduce 7 kg within 2 months. Just started working out apart from the physiotherapy. I want to get strong and fit, and heal these knees. 90 % is food. This I am aware of. Clean eating
