Forget this whole calorie thing, I'm not that hungry and I'm struggling to consume this many calories! I was told by friends to excersize and to watch calories, I did better on my own. When I ate balanced meals every 3 hours the weight melted off. I haven't lost any in the last few days, but I haven't gained any either, so for now I'm ok & back on track.
254.5 lb Lost so far: 45.5 lb.    Still to go: 91.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 16 January 2011:

make sure that when you signed up for this that you clicked on lose weight not on the maintain weight. Also everyone is different but when I follow this amount of calories I lose weight. You can always use small portions of high cal items to get the calories in. for example 1oz of almonds is high in protein and healthy fats but also in calories. limit your amount of carbs too, keep them before 3pm. :)

I find that the suggested calorie intake for the day on this site is too high. Try a website like this for something more accurate and then set your RDI yourself: http://www.webmd.com/diet/calc-bmi-plus

I don't know why it is cutting off the address like that. after calc it's "-bmi-plus".

Thank You! I may make the calories today though. I had a yummy salad for lunch and misread what a serving of pecans was, I read it as 2T when in fact it was 2t, so that counts as like 3 servings...opps!

Hey DD. I did not lose any weight this week and ate about the same as I did last week. Hang in there. I was told that our bodies go into survival mode and stores calories. This will pass. Hang in this week.
