Fighting the same 1.0 to 1.5 pounds for several weeks. ANNOYING. But am getting back in the groove after my husband was out for a week. That disrupted my routine - from sleeping and to eating, to exercise. Loved being the 'go to' for our son and we stayed the course and he was able to ace 2 exams at school that week. So it's all good and I am back on course. I WILL reach 152 by December 31, 2013. I WILL. That will keep me on course to be at 110 by late May/early June. It will be wonderful to be fairly close to where I was at age 40. I can and I will do it.
171.2 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 61.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're right. It really does help having a routine. I think I'm staying the course but weaving off onto the shoulder now and then.
