I'm a little bummed. thought I'd lose more. was super disciplined this weekend. I hope this week my weight goes down more
189.6 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

don't be too disheartened.. that's actually a really good and sustainable loss. 250-500g a week consistently is really healthy to lose and maintain considering the average including weight fluctuations from hormones, water retention, stress etc.

250g per week = 1kg per month = 12per year / 500g per week = 2kg per year = 24kg per year. the 100-200-gram losses over time add up to big changes 😘
