Doing really well in following my points allowance. I don't like that I only lost 1 lb this week. I was under pts a few times I think...maybe that was bad. Personally, I think I need to add more fruits & veggies back as I let myself have alot of processed foods. Hopefully next week is better weight loss.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
