I find that having 1-2 days a bit above my RDI a week and all the rest below helps keep my weight loss from plateauing. Well today was my high calorie day and I actually struggled to bump my calories up because I didn't want any more food... ended up adding olive oil to my salad for the extra over my RDI. It's amazing how little food is necessary to make you feel full once you get used to going with less.
