gave carb cycling one more shot but I was not disciplined enough through to lunch and dinner. started with Body FX 28 day challenge. will log in what I eat. today is Tuesday Day 2. my jeans hardly fit in today, pre Christmas I had to wear a belt to keep them up. so now I have 18kg to lose. in weeks I want to lose 4 kilos, hence the 28 day challenge. I must break this cycle.
