no cheats, painted office yesterday and didn't eat dinner until 7 so only fasted 12 hours. I always fluctuate after big drops and I lost a lot last week. just stay the course. doing hammer and chisel and super sore, body looking much leaner!
168.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
