bad weight week, can't seem to keep a handle on consistent weight loss. i'm hoping this is because of working out more days per week than normal and not just dieting, thus, building muscle.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week
