Nooo!!! Can't believe I've lost so much, had pizza on Saturday for a cheat meal and it gave me a stomach bug. Bulking at the moment and I am aiming to get to 110kg before cutting down for the show.

Just hope I can get back what I have lost, small setback.... :(

Increase ur protein intake, I don’t know if it works for guys, but if I lost weight I just added 2 more shakes to my day, instead of adding more food. 
Thanx, I think it definitely works adding more Protein. Just want to get back to about 100kg and then I will continue with my normal bulking eating plan, just frustrating loosing gains... :)
