grr my bodys doing its usual when i get to this point in my weightloss! it doesnt seem to want to drop any more. this has happened about three times now, i get to just under 70 kg and wham! cant seem to get rid of the last few kg to reach goal,any ideas how i can ramp it down (not up) would be appreciated!

thanks for the tips, had a better week and managed to do a bit longer on my tread most days, might have to hire a bike and see if i like that yet! thanks guys and all the best
