Slowly loosing my weight 🙃
Very Happy 😊
Cutting my daily calorie count by 20%
Exercising Regularly twice a day 💪
168.2 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 18.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
