My biggest weakness as far as eating happens in the evening. That is normally when I overeat. I'm trying to think of strategies to stop sabotaging my goals, and I came up with a few: don't watch TV in the evening because I tend to snack while doing it, eat a healthy dinner and then eat a healthy light snack a few hours later, and sleep early so I will have less time to eat.
164.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
