I am so happy to step on the scale n see results! I have lost 3lbs since last Friday and it hasn't even been a full week so I am hype right now. Honestly I look in the mirror and I don't see results, but the scale doesn't lie to me. I'm going even harder for the rest of the week!
191.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
