I ate chocolate for 3 days last week, exercise only 1 day and could loose 0,7 Kg. On the other hand my intestine worked more than normal because of because of the amount of vegetables eaten during the week and also I have to thank my husband who joined the diet with me and this helps me a lot.

Hi Summer, tks! I'm counting calories. I've already done that before and now with the fs has become even easier and more fun.

No specific diet. Just counting calories and exercise. I try to make healthier choices as well, so that I can maximize the amount of food I can eat per day.
