Well, back from my trip. While at Mom's I ate mostly healthy but the road trip on either end not so much.

Old Man Scale: Well I can live with 1/2 lb up, I suppose. I was actually hoping for a loss because I was about the same last night. But it's prolly just the salt from the Smart Food Popcorn from the road yesterday :) (I have to munch to stay awake....)
