still getting the balance re kilojoule count and exercise sorted but think im on the right track now.
155.2 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week

Fantastic Dianet. It's most definitely a hard one to balance, ultimately you're winning, so you just keep doing what you're doing. :)
