Have to work on forcing myself to eat daily requirements to avoid the stalls & lows..
Tired, going just about 24/7, split w significant other, tired of the drama. Adjusting to having to carry full load by myself, everything seems to be breaking or is broke.. Praying for mildest Winter on record..
Trying to get healthy & eat better, would love to lose weight also,but more concerned with energy levels etc.. I have low thyroid. 😊👍🏻♥️
180.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
