haven't lost or gained which is good. I have always struggled with depression and anxiety. I never know when I have a depressive episode. I'm lucky my husband notices when I'm basically falling into one. I have been doing self care not worrying about calories just focusing on my family and my brain. hopefully I can loose the last 10lbs later.
