I'm very happy with this since I thought I was going on an upward motion again. I can't wait for the moment that my 6 pack starts to show. That's what I'm really waiting for. It's probably down either in 57 kg or 56... I'm not giving up until they come out lol. These late results are great for motivation but I'm afraid that muscle mass is suffering somewhat...
