I've slowly moved the opposite way I want to go... I need to put in a new weight so this is what I saw this morning before running out the door.

Hopefully this is enough for me to get back on the weight loss wagon.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
