Evil number! under 1000 calories yesterday, got bad diarrhea around noon, stomach still cramping and exhausted this morning. ran 4 miles yesterday in just under 38 minutes, taking it easy today
166.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
