I'm actually trying to gain weight now rather than lose it. I never intended for my weight to get this low. Due to to COVID-19 pandemic the fitness center has closed and I have not been exercising since last March. Unfortunately, most of my weight lose since then is due to muscle loss. I'm trying to get back on an exercise program at home to regain some of the lost muscle.
