MJ's mom's Journal, 31 October 2020

Yesterday we had a pre Halloween evening- ate supper and had treats. I tracked every treat. I enjoyed myself but I didn’t over indulge, and felt satisfied by the end. I’m really happy with myself. I feel more balanced when I lost weight before bc I am trying to make consistent healthy choices, but also not limiting anything. I eat light/healthy during the day hours and then whatever my family is eating for supper- spaghetti, lasagna, or take out.

I also am now officially a size medium 8-10. That alone is pretty exiting for me.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 153.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.7 lb a week
