Yesterday I managed to get in a bit more exercise than usual. Dunno if I can today, but it seems to have had an effect (or maybe it's all in my head). Meanwhile, it's still the winter holiday season with all its temptations!

Remember to still enjoy the holidays (albeit in moderation). While going ape over the sweets is bad, enjoying a small modicum of treats during this festive time of year is fine (in my humble opinion). Depriving oneself of all treats can lead to a psychological diet breakdown, where we feel that the process isn't worth the effort. So remember those famous words ..... "Eat, Drink & be Merry, for tomorrow we diet!" And a little increase in exercise to offset the frivolity can't hurt, either. I recommend sacking villages and pillaging...lol.

Oh, I'm enjoying them. We're going out this evening to meet a friend we haven't seen in years. Also, I'm enjoying treats (in moderation). I'm in agreement on the sacking and pillaging!
