Down to 241.8 from 350 stoped eating after 5pm waist is 36 penis showing at 6 inches was at 4 inches feeling good growing more confident everyday sticking to or below calories now at 2700 per day for everyone else don't forget to do calorie recalculation after you lose weight it really helps
241.8 lb Lost so far: 78.2 lb.    Still to go: 106.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
