Considering I went off plan at a church appetizer meal yesterday, I think I am doing quite well. I had some whole grain tortilla chips and spicy cheese sauce, a small amount of mulled cider, as well as a cookie, and a small baked item...a serving was actually only a couple of bites it was so small. Otherwise I kept on plan for the day. My weight has been up and down for the past few days anyway, so all things considering, I am "down" from even a couple of days ago. No guilt either for going off plan, because I did enjoy myself, and kept myself within reasonable ranges.
I love that being on Atkins has given me more control over what I choose to eat. Even though not on the plan, I can have a small portion of something and be more satisfied (although I probably did have a little too much of the cheese sauce. LOL But it was sooo good!).
