I'm having trouble passing 162 which is why I'm really happy that today I weighed 161. Yay! I have stopped exercising, so I need to get back to running and riding my bike. I'm supposed to run a half marathon in November so I only have two months to get ready! I'm starting to realize that there are key habits that influence how well I do. One if eating a healthy breakfast. When I eat coffee and pastry I tend to eat unhealthy all day long, whereas when I eat a healthy milkshake I tend to also be more mindful of what I eat for the rest of the day. I have to keep in mind the ripple effect of certain key habits, so I can reach my goal of losing more weight and being healthy.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
