I've lost just 400 grams, which is good on one hand, however, on the other hand i feel a little disappointed; i mean, i want to do it better, and go further.
116.8 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You should be proud and not disappointed even if you have'nt lost much.

True, but, anyway, i have very high expectations, so, i usually feel a little disappointed.
