all the same today but hope to lose tomorrow . Did well on eatting watching points .
205.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Staying the same is not all bad. Keep eating healthy and watching your points and it will come off. Your chart looks good, slow and steady. :-)
