Down 20 pounds in 3 months. I am good with that. that is a healthy 1.6 pounds a week. YES!! And I am gaining muscle by working out 4-5 times a week cardio and strength/sculpt.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
