Happy Tuesday everyone - It is an amazing day. Busy weekend getting some yard work done not that the smoke has cleared. Hopefully we will have a lemon tree and some peppers for next year. My lesson for the day has been that I have noticed that my incremental reductions in insulin have resulted in incremental increases in weight. I am ok with this as I am still under goal and a long way away from where I started. It is just such an interesting adventure that I have the opportunity to participate in. I got some meal prep done for the week with a frittata (8 servings out of a 10 inch cast iron pan). We also got all of our apples converted to applesauce and canned. The house smells amazing while this is going on. I hope that you all have an amazing week and find a way to be excited about your journey.
