Havent been logging in over a month. Lazy? Bored? I dunno but I felt some old behaviors creeping in so it woke me up. Stepped on the scale this morning to a big milestone— under 150. But def not taking it for granted— been on the yo-yo for a long time so I need to stay aware of what’s going into my mouth
149.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
