I'm excited about getting to the 50-pounds-lost milestone. Yesterday, we had butternut squash soup for dinner. Ate enough to feel pretty full, but when I went to bed, I felt a little hungry. That's usually a sign that I'll drop a little by morning. The British documentary saying that soup was a good weight loss tool was right. Fills you up without adding too many calories.
Apologies to my buddies for not being responsive lately. I'm still cranking out jobs with crazy deadlines. Gotta make bucks while I can! Really looking forward to my daughter coming to visit 12/23 from Calif.
This is day 3 of taking Rainbow Light Just Once multivitamins. I like that I take only 1 a day. My stomach was a little upset yesterday, but not sure if that's the culprit. Hopefully, it will help my skin and hair.
