Up slightly, but could be water weight or due to my indiscretions of the past couple of days...or to the fact that TOM is coming up next week, so I'm not too worried.

Woke up early to exercise, but that didn't work...youngest (4) woke up early and started yelling for me.
199.7 lb Lost so far: 10.3 lb.    Still to go: 64.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 December 2010:
1225 kcal Fat: 79.86g | Prot: 96.00g | Carb: 27.46g.   Lunch: chicken thigh, lean ground beef. Dinner: sour cream, cheddar cheese, lean ground beef, All Natural Diced Tomatoes, dole greener selection. Snacks/Other: dole frozen raspberries, dole frozen blueberries. more...

I'm pre-TOM, too, and up 1.5 lbs. :( But I know it's temporary so I'm not too worried, either. We'll stick it out together!

Can't blame mine on TOM. Sitting on the train is not good and eating the wrong thing when I ran out of food didn't help much either. All I can do is do better. Your weight chart looks awesome. Keep up the good work:D

Ugh on the pre-TOM weight gain, Helen. Yes, we'll get through it together! Thanks, Cindy. I love seeing the chart moving downwards. Just looking forward to when more of my clothes fit better. That's too bad you ran out of food on the train, but you needed to eat. At least "tomorrow is another day", and we can always pull ourselves up by our bootstraps and move on.
