30 hari ikutin low impact Dien & Mey perhari 5 set, hasilnya turun 3kg, lingkar perut dari 100 cm jadi 87 cm. So heppii. Makan di 1300-1400 kal per hari
147.5 lb Lost so far: 50.9 lb.    Still to go: 37.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
