Hey roughly had 1150 to 1200 cal today I had 550 cal for lunch I had a half of a croissant and crab salad sandwich with Italian wedding soup the soup had corn spinach and meatballs in it and canned pears for dessert for dinner I had a piece of plain pizza with mushrooms red and green peppers and onions on it then I had a small tossed salad with a hard-boiled egg on it roughly 110 cal and then I had six bites of strawberry cream pie this is roughly 550 to 600 cal I ate today Cream cream pie for dessert
84.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
