Ummm, I'm not quite sure how this happened! I've had ages of yo-yo-ing around the same weight though, so I guess this is what happens if you just stick with it!
161.7 lb Lost so far: 19.3 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
