Although I am following the program well I have yet to firmly establish the exercise component of the program therefore I am not seeing the results. Several days I was below my pts and that contributes to a gain usually. Too much salt being consumed is another issue but I am dealing with that now. Hopefully I will show a loss of what I have gained in the next few weeks.
264.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you are going below points, you aren't really on program. Make sure you eat your daily minimum points and get in your HG's (fruits, veggies, dairy, lean proteins, oils, etc.). It can really make a difference. Some people eat tons of processed foods and have problems losing. Also, drink that water. Exercise can be important too. Even if it's just dancing around your house or moving more to start off. Good luck!

Suzi161 Thx for your comments. I realize that I have technically not been "On Program" as far as the pts go but I have a very hard time eating all the pts I am allowed at this weight if I eat very many fruits and veggies (free ones) that fill me up. You cannot imagine how hard it is to eat 29 pts unless you count a pt for everything including veggies. I do know they have caloric value so therefore must be counted in as you add them up. I guess what I am saying is that if I should also consume some of my "activity pts" I will be feeling bloated all the time. Any suggestions? I have been trying to consider the "filling Foods" more carefully and did see a slight loss this week. I was disappointed as I thought it should have been a little better after 2 good OP weeks (hitting all food groups and maintaining daily pts values). Here's to another good week and we will see what it will bring. I have managed 30 minutes of moderate exercise every day for the past 2 weeks and will continue. All suggestions sincerely considered. Thx. Forevery
