K now I'm down to losing less than a pound a week but as long as I don't gain. Gonna hit the trail with my husband this week. We will leave today for Amarillo, Tx for two deliveries Tuesday morning. Maybe I can find some sunshine cause here in central Alabama haven't seen any in two weeks, nothing but rain.
