Well, I weighed myself about 8 times to make sure I really gained 3 pounds since yesterday. It's obviously water, though I don't feel bloated. Maybe some muscle weight. I guess I'll just wait and see if it goes away.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Remember when you workout (especially strength train), your muscles can retain water to help them heal, which can show up on the scale as a gain or no loss. I went on a long bike ride and gained 4 pounds in water weight the next day. When you exercise and experience sore muscles, you will see the gain. It's temporary and will go away. But each time you change your exercise, it may come back. But you are getting stronger, leaner and building muscle which will help you look amazing and lose fat. Just keep going.
